The course
If you are looking to the next level for your playing and want new approaches for creativity this very special Blues Rock weekend is essential.
Alongside respected players/ tutors Connie Murray, Alan Cook and Brian Sweeney, GuitarBreakaway had a rocking weekend with Pat Mc Manus as guest tutor. Pats participation this year proved extremely popular with students keen on getting the best tuition around. Needless to say, course was booked out and this was a chance to learn from one of the best guitarists in the country!
The Weekend will give students grounding in technique, theory and playing. There will be many chances for you to try out the new found techniques and riffs in informal jam scenarios.
There will be handouts provided, and we will be delighted to
assist you in any way to make this an inspirational, fun and a breakaway from
the humdrum weekend!
What's included:
The course consists of two full days (10:30am5pm) of first class tuition from Connie, Brian and Pat all-day refreshments, lunch*, evening meal** on Saturday and all your course materials.
*Includes coffee, tea and water and
excludes alcoholic beverages.
**Evening meal is optional
Lunch is from 1 to 2:30. This is also when students can jam together or with a band setup.Â
Notes
Guests are advised to discuss their requirements with the venue as costs can vary due to allocation of rooms, website bookings and availability. Single days can be purchased although weekend courses are designed to run for two days.
